Hypnotherapy is a deep state of focus and relaxation that allows for complete access to the subconscious mind. This is accomplished with the use of verbal cues, repetition, and imagery. In this state, you are more open to gentle guidance to help modify or replace the unconscious thoughts that are driving your current behavior. Planting seeds in the subconscious mind will create new neural pathways in your brain to make positive changes that last, and ultimately become the best version of yourself.
